Where possible we can visit to discuss your 'wish list' of what you would like in your playground, from there our design team can supply you with various options that suit your site and budget and a free 3D CAD drawing to bring your playground to life.

Playground Maintenance

Regular maintenance of your playground is extremely important ensuring your asset remains safe and lots of fun, at any time you can contact us for inspections, routine maintenance or upgrades.  We also offer a regular maintenance service Playcheck.

 

Safety Surfacing

We have many surface options for your new playground including rubber matting, astro turf, sand, bark and cushion fall wood chip.

 

Replacement Parts

We are the industry leader in developing modular replacement parts for most makes of playgrounds, we are the largest supplier of parts for playgrounds in NZ.

 

Supervised Installation

We support community work and we offer supervised installs, talk to use about supervised installations, one of our experienced installers can deliver your playground and supervise the install of the equipment. This can reduce costs, save time, create a community involvement and ownership and most importantly ensure your playground and work site is safe and complies to the playground safety standards.

 

Playground Insurance

Our playgrounds are covered by our Public Indemnity Liability Insurance and Statutory Liability with $2m worth of cover.

Warranty

We are proud to offer the longest, best and most comprehensive warranty in the industry!

We warrant all our products to be free from defects (in material & workmanship only) for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. Steel Posts have an extended warranty of an additional 15 years.

If you discover a defect in a product or service covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, if repair is not possible we will replace the item.

The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements or vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident, altered in any way or added to other than by Park Supplies Company Ltd. The warranty does not cover cosmetic items such as scratches, dents, marring, fading, weather, rust, paint and powder coating or redecoration's. The warranty does not cover freight, travel or installation of the warranty repaired or replaced item.
